Each kit typically includes the unpainted vinyl or resin components, a custom-fitted cloth body, and any specific assembly hardware required for that particular model.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive in 5-7 days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 14-21 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer painted or finished versions of the kits?
Our primary focus is providing high-quality blank kits for artists to customize. However, we occasionally offer limited edition 'Ready-to-Adopt' finished pieces through our featured artist collaborations.
What is your return policy for kit components?
We accept returns on unopened and unaltered kits within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect your kit upon arrival; once the vinyl has been painted or modified, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Are the materials used in the kits non-toxic and safe?
Yes, all our kits are manufactured using phthalate-free, high-quality vinyl and resin that meet industry safety standards for adult collectors and hobbyists.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?
If you place multiple orders before your first item has shipped, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to combine the shipments and refund the excess shipping fees.
